This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the Stylokart Affiliate Program (the "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we", "us", or "our" means Stylokart; as the case may be, and "you" means the applicant. Site Stylokart, collectively, the ''stylokart.com''.website, the Stylokart mobile website and the Stylokart . "Your site" means your website where you will link to the Site Stylokart(and which you will identify in your Program application). Save for our obligation to pay referral fees under Section 4, which may be performed solely by us, we may cause any of our obligations under this Agreement to be fulfilled by any of our Affiliates (defined below), on our behalf 1. Paid Search Ads campaigns For Paid Search Ads through Google AdWords campaigns or of other search engines, Affiliates cannot send users directly to the Stylokart Site through keyword bidding or other paid search activities. However, if your Paid Search Ads, without using any Stylokart trademarks or variations and misspelling of such trademarks, send users to your own website and then your website displays affiliate links to Stylokart Site, you may earn referral fees for eligible purchases made by users who click through your Paid Search Ads to your website and then click through Search Box Link: 2. You may provide a Stylokart Site search box on your site that will permit your site visitors to view Products that are the results of their search query within the Search Box link or view results that link directly to a page on the Stylokart Site that contains the results of their search query. We will provide you with technical specifications describing how to include an Stylokart Site search box on your site.
